As a former Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator and Executive Director of a large retirement community, Jim has spent his career building healthy community cultures based on dignity and respect. With a Master's Degree in Business Administration and experience instructing Pennsylvania's PCHA certification course, he brings an unparalleled understanding of the operational, regulatory, and human side of senior living.
