LaftRx provides professional comedy entertainment services specifically designed for senior living communities. Our platform connects senior living facilities with vetted, professional comedians who adhere to our CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Comic) Pledge, ensuring clean, respectful, and appropriate entertainment.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on LaftRx's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by LaftRx at any time.

4. Service Terms

4.1 Booking and Scheduling

All comedy show bookings must be made through our official booking process
Dates and times are subject to comedian availability
Changes to scheduled performances require at least 48 hours advance notice

4.2 Performance Standards

All performers adhere to our CCRC Pledge guidelines
No politics, profanity, or inappropriate content
Professional, respectful entertainment suitable for senior audiences

4.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance: Full refund
Cancellations made 3-7 days in advance: 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance: No refund
Force majeure events (weather, illness, emergency): Full refund or rescheduling

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due prior to performance unless other arrangements have been made
All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Late payments may result in service suspension
Refunds processed according to our cancellation policy

6. Disclaimers

The information on this website is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents
Excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website

7. Limitations of Liability
